Kylie has a PhD in Data Science & Natural Resources Management and recently completed an MBA (Technology). She has 20 years of experience in corporate, government, academic and not-for-profit sectors, with leadership roles at ASX 20 companies in petroleum and mining sectors. She enjoys applying strategic and technical expertise for existing operations and new Major Projects. 

Kylie has led operational teams for process execution and improvement, including remotely controlled and autonomous operations. She has led project teams for engineering design and approvals for investment toll-gate studies; and technology, data science and automation projects. Kylie has significant experience in business model and digital transformations for cost reduction and productivity uplift in a range of sectors.  

Kylie has stakeholder engagement and negotiation experience for Major Projects in Australian and foreign jurisdictions, she is supporting this Centre as the Alcoa representative on the Strategy Risk and Reporting Board.
