As a qualified and published subject matter expert in Operations Research, Elham deals with the optimization of complex processes or systems through extensive mathematical and quantitative methods. Elham provides rational bases for business decision making by providing structure to complex situations and use this to predict system behaviour and improve performance. Elham is a Chief Investigator in the Centre, supervising PhD Student Ponpot Jartnillaphand. She is also representing Research Theme 3 on the Operating Committee
