| This is my bio text. Keyao's research interests are in social psychological barriers against negotiations. She has studied behavioural barriers against decision making in general and construction dispute resolution within construction management. Although her previous research focused on the construction industry, her work deals with general decision-making tendency in negotiations. Keyao has an interest in conducting research on social psychological issues in negotiation and decision-making processes during workplace change. |
