ESREL 2020 PSAM 15 - The 30th European Safety and Reliability Conference, The 15th Probabilistic Safety Assessment and Management Conference Venice, Italy Cleaning and Visualization of Unstructured Text in Safety Records. The purpose of this presentation was to present Aquila, our solution for unlocking knowledge buried within unstructured records, to the safety and reliability community. We began by motivating the need for technical language processing via a case study on safety records. We then presented a comprehensive demonstration of our software, highlighting its ability to enable domain experts to automatically identify crucial knowledge in their data that was not previously accessible without significant manual data processing. The presentation was viewed by a wide audience ranging from academics to industry professionals. |
