Shuixiu is a Research Fellow with Research Theme 2. She is working on developing methods and software tools to support symbolic sequence modelling on industrial data sets. Shuixiu’ s research focuses on symbolic representations, data-driven modelling of dynamical systems, and nonlinear time series analysis. Her specific studies are in applying complex dynamics for addressing oscillations and vibrations. Shuixiu is eager to apply nonlinear time series analysis for reconstructing attractors of industrial signals, machine learning for identifying complex dynamical systems, and networks for representing the topology of nonlinear systems. |
