The Centre will do this by eliminating manual, repetitive transactional work; developing models to enable people to make better complex decisions; providing standardized training for industry to improve maintenance productivity; and building an ongoing maintenance capability in our research institutions and industry.

These themes are vital as a mechanism to translate the outputs of the research themes into the workplaces of our Partner Organisations and to enable maintenance data science and technology service providers
The ARC, along with our industry partners, are providing this Transformation Training Centre funding for 12 PhD Scholarships to support research that enables the transformation of maintenance through the use of data science. We have awarded 8 Scholarships and are looking to assign a further 4 Scholarships.
