Dr Keyao Li

Research Fellow

Keyao's research interests are in social psychological barriers against negotiations. Keyao prefers to be called Eden, she has studied behavioural barriers against decision making in general and construction dispute resolution within construction management. Although her previous research focused on the construction industry, her work deals with general decision-making tendency in negotiations.

Eden has an interest in conducting research on social psychological issues in negotiation and decision-making processes during workplace change.

Eden is a research fellow in translation theme four. She is currently working with CORE on an industry pilot of a Data Fit Organisation (DFO) model. She is eager to progress this work exploring the future work selves (FWS) of the PhD students in the Centre and how these could affect their proactive behaviours in the digital innovation projects.
