Rachel is a principal statistician at BHP. Rachel has provided expert guidance in 'metric design', analytics, research design and program evaluation for various projects. She has implemented human resources reform in the operations teams, including call centres and data processing teams. Rachel has supported the Centre as the BHP representative on the Operating Committee and PhD Support Panel. She is currently supporting the Centre as an industry mentor.
Rachel has worked with the Department of Defence and the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations. Managing research programs, including those focused on occupational analysis, organisational climate and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace; Rachel has delivered various occupation/trade focused research projects. She has developed statistical and analytical training to build her research teams’ technical capability.
Rachel led the technical and conceptual overhaul of a suite of outcome measures that led to high-quality output and substantial resource savings for the Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations.
