Aaron has an understanding of how proactive, world-leading asset management practices and considerations can be woven into the fabric of ‘how’ an organisation plans, operates and executes.
Building on an engineering background, Aaron brings 15+ years’ experience across maintenance, supply, operations and strategy. He guides organisations by crafting compelling narratives, strategies and solutions that resonate with key stakeholders and builds credible partnerships, ultimately securing buy-in and propelling delivery of major change initiatives.
