Aaron Cahill

Partner Investigator

General Manager - Asset Management at Roy Hill #

With proven success implementing and transforming the asset management operating models for some of the world largest heavy industry/resources companies, Aaron understands the importance of applying a risk-based approach to improving safety and operational performance.

Critically, Aaron has shown how asset management can be a value generator and enabler of a business’ two most important goals, safety and performance, bringing the function out of the ‘back line’ of operations to take a seat at the executive table. Aaron has an understanding of how proactive, world-leading asset management practices and considerations can be woven into the fabric of ‘how’ an organisation plans, operates and executes.

Building on an engineering background, Aaron brings 15+ years’ experience across maintenance, supply, operations and strategy. He guides organisations by crafting compelling narratives, strategies and solutions that resonate with key stakeholders and builds credible partnerships, ultimately securing buy-in and propelling delivery of major change initiatives.

Aaron represents Roy Hill on the Strategic Risk and Reporting Board.
