Prof Chris Aldrich

Chief Investigator

Prof Chris Aldrich has wide experience in the mineral processing and extractive metallurgical industries, particularly with regard to plant automation, statistical modelling, simulation and process control. He has published extensively in the chemical and metallurgical engineering literature, and is actively involved in the mineral processing industries as a consultant.

Specialties: Mineral Processing; Metallurgical Engineering; Data Mining; Multivariate Image Analysis; Process Modelling, Optimisation and Control.

Chris is co supervising PhD Student Ryan Leadbetter and is an academic mentor for the Centre.
